A one-time purchase of a personalized launch kit for $49: a PDF guide and a spreadsheet workbook, both generated from the answers you give. It is not a subscription, and there is nothing to cancel.

Your kit is generated automatically after payment, usually within a couple of minutes. We email the download links and they are also available on your download page. Links expire after seven days; reopening your download page issues fresh ones.

The kit is general business information and planning material. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or insurance advice, and we are not licensed to give any of those.

• Pricing is guidance, not a market rate. Every figure is calculated from the assumptions you enter — your hourly goal, your supplies cost, your travel. Change the assumptions and the numbers change. They are not a guaranteed local market rate and not a promise of what customers will pay.
• We do not promise income. Nothing here is a projection of what you will earn. What you earn depends on your work, your market, and factors outside our control.
• Licensing, insurance and tax requirements vary by location. Check what applies where you operate before accepting paid work.

The wording in your kit — positioning, service descriptions, customer messages, marketing copy — is drafted with the help of an AI language model, then assembled into your kit. All prices and calculations come from our own pricing engine, never from AI.

AI-written wording is a first draft. Read it before you send it to a customer, and edit anything that does not sound like you or does not fit your situation.

30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If the kit is not right for you for any reason, email support@microbizlaunch.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain why, and you can keep the files.

The quickest way is to reply to the email your kit arrived in — that already identifies your order. If you'd rather start a fresh email, include the order reference from that email (it looks like MBL-A1B2C3D4, and it's in the subject line) or the email address you bought with.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.

Your kit is yours. Use it in your business, edit it, print it, send the templates and scripts to your own customers. You may not resell the kit itself, redistribute it as your own product, or use it to build a competing generator.

• Give accurate answers — the kit is only as useful as what you put in.
• Give an email address you can receive mail at; that is how your kit arrives.
• Check local requirements before trading.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If generation fails after you have paid, we will regenerate your kit or refund you.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service or your kit is limited to what you paid us. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or other indirect losses arising from decisions you make using the kit.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as permitted.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe also calculates and remits applicable sales tax, which is shown separately at checkout and added to the $49 price.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
