Privacy Policy

• Your intake answers. The questions you answer to build a kit — business name, service area, the services you offer, your hourly goal, and similar. This is business information, not sensitive personal data.
• Your email address, so we can send your kit and, if you asked for one, a free guide.
• Order records. If you buy, we store the Stripe session and payment reference and the amount paid.
• Basic usage data from analytics and advertising tools — pages viewed, which ad or link brought you here, and whether you completed a key step.

We never see or store your card details. Payment happens on Stripe's own checkout page. We receive only a payment reference and the amount.

• To generate your personalized kit and email it to you.
• To let you return to your download page.
• To provide support and fix failures.
• To measure which marketing is working, so we know where to spend.

We use a small number of service providers. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.

• Stripe — payment processing, and calculating and remitting applicable sales tax. Stripe receives your email and payment details directly.
• Supabase — our database and file storage, where your answers and your generated kit files are held. Kit files sit in private storage and are reachable only through short-lived signed links.
• Resend — sends your kit email and any guide or follow-up you opted into.
• OpenRouter — routes your business details to a large language model that writes the wording in your kit. Your business name, service area, services and tone preferences are sent for this purpose. Prices are never generated by AI — they come from our own calculator.
• Netlify — hosts the site and its server functions.
• Advertising and analytics providers — see the next section.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for unrelated purposes.

We use advertising and analytics tools to understand which campaigns bring people here and which of them lead to a purchase. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and may receive a hashed version of your email address to match a conversion to an ad click.

You can opt out of most advertising cookies through your browser settings, or through the opt-out pages the advertising networks provide. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use the site or receive a kit you paid for.

• Order records and generated kits: kept so you can re-download and so we have a record of the sale.
• Download links: each link expires after seven days; reopening your download page issues a fresh one.
• Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe, which every email lets you do.

• Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email.
• Ask us to delete your information by writing to support@microbizlaunch.com. We will keep whatever we are required to keep for tax and accounting, and delete the rest.
• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, at the same address.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Write to us and we will honour them.

This product is for people starting a business and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use information you already gave us will be sent to you by email.
